Enrichment Classes for Children
Ages 6-11
Mondays, Tuesdays
and Thursdays
from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
(Monday, October 3 - Thursday, May 25)
$15/class
Class size: 12 children
- Scrapbooking: Bring your pictures and we will supply the rest.
- Cooking: Learn how to make easy and fun recipes that do not require using the stove. This is a great class for all children, especially those who are getting ready to babysit or are already babysitting.
- Fun with Fossils: Come and learn all about fossils, dig up a fossil and make one to take home.
- Owl Pellet Dissection: Learn all about Owls and dissect an actual Owl Pellet to see what owls feast on.
- Where in the World?: Learn about a different country and its people, each time we meet--children will make something to take home.
- Fun With Art: Join us for a fun time making different artistic pieces.
- Let's Make Music: Different types of instruments will be used to explore and create music from all different cultures.
- Sign Language: Come learn how to sign the alphabet, colors, animals, numbers and your name and have lots of fun.
- Move & Groove: This class will keep you moving for the entire hour. Light stretching, exercising, moving and grooving will be some of the fun things you will do.
*You may register for one class or as many as you like. Please be sure to register at least a week in advance, to be sure you will have a spot.
*All registration forms, paperwork and fees (cash or check only) must be received BEFORE the evening of the class.
